We aim to offer all of our customers the best possible agency assistance with a bright, dynamic and young team. Yet again all members of our staff are outstandingly well trained; all coming from shipping universities, years of sailing and/or decades of agency experience .
We have altogether 15 people working in our Istanbul head-office, where our agency operations team consists of 2 port Captains, 13 agency-licensed operators, We do also have 3 agency licensed operators in our Izmit Gulf branch office, serving all Terminals / Berths/Shipyards at regional ports(Darica, Derince, Diliskelesi, Gebze, Gemlik, Hereke, Izmit,Mudanya Tütünçiftlik, Yarımca, Yalova).
Our branch office staff as well as all our boarding agents/staff at other Turkish ports are centrally supervised by our Istanbul Head-Office operations team for all operational / documentary / legal and financial issues. No matter at which Turkish port your ship or cargo is, all communication with our principals, vessel masters, port managements, third parties (importers/exporters/other) are all and always conducted from our Istanbul head-office to ensure that each single detail is handled by our experienced staff, who knows and understands the entire scope of business of our client.
